Waikoloa Beach Villas I3-Another wonderful visit to the Kohala Coast

This was my 2nd stay at condo I-3 at Waikoloa Beach Villas and my 5th trip to the Big Island in 4 years. The location is so convenient, the property is kept up impeccably and the staff at Resortica Hawaii were flexible and great to work with. I've stayed in condo C-4 at the same property with a family Christmas 2008 and had the same wonderful experience. Waikoloa Beach Villas O3-Amazing

The condo was very gorgeous. The pool area was nice to hangout at, and it was very close to all the great beaches.

Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit B3-Beautiful place!

We loved staying here and are sure to return. The condo was quiet, beautiful and in the perfect location. We loved waking up to the amazing view of Mauna Kea and being able to walk to the local shops and restaurants. Everything one needs is within a short walking or driving distance. Beautiful golf courses, famous beaches, and delicious restaurants. A wonderful treasure we were fortunate enough to find. Can't wait to go back!

Prior to arrival had good communication with Julia. Condo well presented, everything needed for a 1 week to 1 month stay. Close to all our needs from groceries to top rated restaurants. Thank-you for allowing us to use this condo, we had such a great stay! Would definitely use this unit again, loved the view.

Really liked the kitchen, we felt at home - very comfortable. Liked being able to walk to dinner/shops/beach. Liked having a garage. Place was VERY QUIET.

Halii Kai Unit 13H-An awesome family vacation

We had a unit that overlooked the ocean and was near the pool. The unit itself was perfect for our needs; very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The view was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed awesome sunsets each night of our trip.  When we weren't at the beach, the family gathering place was the pool.  The pool was clean and had a great design.  Overall, I would rate our accommodations a 10+!

Waikoloa Colony Villas Unit 1004-2nd stay in this unit and loved it!

Our family had a wonderful time!  This is our second time in this unit (1004) and would go back again in a heartbeat!  The staff was very helpful and filled with ALOHA!  We plan on visiting again soon!

Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit K2-Excellent in all respects!

Excellent unit in all respects.  The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful interior, modern, well stocked kitchen, lovely lanai with fabulous Viking grill.  Short walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pools, directly across street from Queen's Marketplace.  We will definitely stay here again!!! Also, the Resortica staff could not have been more attentive. Thank you Julia & Anne Marie
